What I used is a ps2 emulator (http://pcsx2.net/)
Use the website to see what specs your computer needs to run the emulator.
The reason why I use this method is because who wants to pay for a Japanese ps2 and the game it's a waste of money.
Warning if you don't have the original copy of the game this method is illegal.

Now you need a copy of Biohazard outbreak file 2 ISO and if you want number one.
If you have the original Japaneses copies of the games make an iso image onto your computer.

Once you get the copies-
32 bit users need to get winpcap
then use WinDIP in the pcsx2 rar, select the outbreak iso, press the scan file, then verify version.
5. Enter your Disc ID in to the 5 boxes (file 1 is Disc ID: 00 00 04 20 E4)
(file 2 Disc ID = 00 00 02 10 AC)
6. Hit patch
This will allow you to pass the DNAS test
Now run the pcsx2 go to configure (to get the best configure for your computer use the plugins in the rar)
go to dev9 and choose gigherz plugin and pick your connection type.
start the emulator and get ready to play some outbreak

Also if your a vista user need to-
goto this link, here download npptools.dll,, unzip the file,,, go into the folder where you unzipped it.. copy the npptools.dll file,,,,,, goto your C drive ,,,, go into windows directory,,,, then into system32 directory,,,,, right click and paste the file there,,,, start up the pcsx2 as "run administrator" Then configure the gigherz plugin and it should work
